Works as advertised with heavier gauge wire 16 and up. I couldn't strip the 14 gauge wire. So the seller needs to change the advertised sweep from 10-gauge to 24-gauge to 16-gauge to 24-gauge. These tools cannot cut 14 gauge plastic wire. but softer plastics at higher calibers are no problem and this tool works great. Other than that, the seller is an excellent seller who will support the product and replace it for free. However, this tool needs to be touted for what it is good for - 16 gauge and up. Correct advertising increases the rating to 5 stars.
