Comes with heatsink, thermal pads and screw spacers to prevent direct contact of screws and transistors with the heatsink. There are no screws in the kit but if you take it apart like I did you should have something. The packaging was phenomenal. Came in a reusable plastic sleeve that was shrink wrapped. I have 4 MOSFETs that draw 5A total at 16V and this sink keeps them nice and cool. I used to swap them out daily when using smaller one-piece sinks.
