This converter has been great. My wife used it mainly for curling, which draws a little less than 200w at 110v. However, the best thing about this device was the 4 USB ports, which allowed us to charge two iPhones and two tablets each night. By adding two Apple USB chargers to two outlets, we were able to charge six devices at the same time. (The other two items were my camera and battery.) The included cable is more convenient than devices that plug directly into the wall, especially for USB use. Thus, the USB ports are on the table and not near the floor. The best part is that it only uses one outlet per room as there aren't enough outlets in any hotel room!
