I bought this specifically to read airbag codes on a jeep. When connected to the OBD II port, the car will say to select the Chrysler (CCD) port. Technical support (email only) confirmed that I need a different connector - which Ancel does not sell. It took three days, one email a day, to get it out of them. When I started asking questions about where to find such a hookup, they referred me to Revain and then stopped responding to my emails. What now? I'm stuck with a very expensive device that doesn't do what I need it to do. Ansel - if you are there, please help. Many Thanks. Refund for goods. While I want the product to perform as expected, I appreciate Ansel's responsiveness and flexibility in handling returns. If anyone knows of a product that reads/resets jeep airbag quotes I'd love to hear about it. Thank you Ansel!
