Received my two bottles today. The vials look great but the advertised polyseal cap didn't fit. Instead, it's a cheap metal cap. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending them back. I ask the dealer to send me two polyethylene caps. Update: Two years later, I still use these bottles every day to keep filtered water cold in the fridge. These are really outstanding bottles. The retailer never sent me replacement plastic caps so I just bought mine and they work great. So this is a five star product minus the lids and lack of customer service. Update: 3 1/2 years later, one of my kids broke a bottle after putting it too hard on our granite counter. It's not the bottle's fault. I just bought another one. They are best for ice cold water in the fridge.
