Too long for a short person
This petticoat was too long for my 5ft 2in height. It reached well below the knees even when worn at the waist. cheap as you would expect for the price but there is nice padding on the feet so it doesn't itch at all. It's VERY fluffy but as some reviews say I think it will settle down a bit after wearing it for a while. I will never know as I had to return it due to the length being too long. under a skirt with piping from this volume).
