Review on π GRIP 56030 Compact Locking Pliers Set - 2 Piece by Jamie Rogers
The lock worked in place of the brushed water valve handle
These pliers are of poor quality and won't hold up to heavy use but for my purpose of locking the valve stem in a hard to access water valve I think they will do the job.
