Great switch, poor lighting

The switch goes perfectly with my other switches I have but the light doesn't work for the entire switch. Only 1/3 of the switch is lit. I have the top of the hand/finger but no rest or text. A bit disappointed as I was hoping to see the whole counter at night. In addition, it is easy to use and just turn on the LED light.
