Firstly, although the description says glass side panels are now supplied; You are not. It's still acrylic. But that would be good in itself. The side panel screws are overtightened at the factory, causing the acrylic to deform. The PSU bracket is curved in such a way that installing the PSU becomes a chore. I had to put it on to bend the shelf down when screwing it in, otherwise the holes wouldn't line up. There is no gap between the top of the mobo and the top of the case; However, the top plate is riveted. So if you need to access cables, you'll probably need to remove the heatsink. It also means top fan mounts are utterly useless if your motherboard has anything (VRM heatsinks or more commonly an ATX P8 socket). Radiator gap is bad. The chassis comes with four poles installed for an ITX mobile device, but that's it and no additional features are included. I've had plenty of spares over the years, but you might not. Even the manual states how poorly designed this thing is as you have to install the third front fan backwards or you won't have access to the screw holes. You'd think you could just remove the lower hard drive cage to get at them, but you can't; Zalman decided to save a fraction of a cent on the screws and riveted them. The frame also makes it difficult to lay the power supply cable and the laying paths are already bad, since there is hardly any cable passage on the back. The cheap side panel is also paper thin, so if you try to run an ATX24 cable there, the side panel will buckle. In the end there were so many problems in this case that I just gave up. This is new to me and I've been building PCs since the 286 era. I'm running a system loosely built on a power supply box right now while I'm searching for the best. Actually, you shouldn't buy this thing. yes cheap. yes looks nice But it's just not worth the effort. I could understand if this was an SFF case, but there's just no justification for a medium turret here.
