I use a lot of freshly grated parmesan cheese. For years I've wanted a device that grates cheese quickly, with less effort than manual graters, and at a reasonable price. That's it! So far I've only used a small grater. Grates hard cheese quickly. Running the mixer at a very low speed will pour the grated cheese to the front. It sticks very little to the nozzles, which simplifies and speeds up cleaning.
