Item is damaged but working

In production the transformer was bolted so tightly to the PSU chassis that it deformed the chassis frame and the PSU did not lay flat on a flat surface. The packaging of the power supply was ok. No signs of wear or transport damage. The reason I bought Tripp Lite was because I found their products to be excellent in every way. I am considering it. Just a thought; Does Revain have better prices than the competition because they sell B-stock products and return items like new at very good prices?
