This kitchen tool compliments your cooking skills - take proper care of it and it will last for years

Handles are easy to hold when the pan is hot due to heat dissipation from the silicone handles other appliances from another company and thus the stove remains /stove cleaner. Preparing breaded aubergines has never been so neat and tidy! Largely even cooking over the entire surface. Chocolate chip pancakes don't even stick! Everyone should keep in mind that no matter how you care for this surface, it will wear out. I only use silicone spatula. My last T-Fal (exactly the same but its predecessor) lasted 6 years. Even with careful care, the coating wears off over time. If you have a bird in your home the cover will release some into the air and if raised too high it can kill the birds. Always cook on low heat. Is always. I've lost hundreds of dollars over the past thirty years trying to find the perfect frying pan at Silverstone (or similar). It would be my first choice even at the price of THREE. I just bought my second one the day after I received my first. After I ordered the first item, I received it. The next morning I used it for chocolate chip pancakes and after breakfast. I have ordered another one. There's nothing quite like having everyone in the family eat pancakes at the same time instead of waiting for the next one to cook and watching others eat their pancakes. Now everyone eats together. Literally. I also recommend getting an electric egg or bacon skillet while the pancakes cook in these two rectangular T-Fal pans. I am planning to get a second electric frying pan for frying potatoes. Don't worry about the dishes either. Dishes are rinsed with warm, soapy water in seconds. Use ONLY a 100% cotton washcloth, NOT a sponge or dish sponge. Thanks to cotton, the coating will last for many years. Sponges are usually made of rayon or polyester, which will wear out the coating prematurely. Paper towels also wear down the coating, since paper is essentially made of wood.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
