These things actually helped.
After trying dozens of other products these things actually helped for heel pain. Was diagnosed by a couple of different doctors over the years with plantar faciites and heel fat pad atrophy. Although not a cure. these helped and that's more than most products I've tried.
- I have a bone spur in my heel and these totally take the pain away when I’m walking.
