So we purchased the post, spray painted it to match our outdoor furniture, dug a hole nearly 4 feet deep by 12 inches wide, concreted, did everything in preparation for the post. The post came delivered without some pieces (i.e. washers). We contacted the company by email and they sent us the washers. We put the post in place. Hung the shade sail, barely had it tensioned, and it appeared to bend almost immediately. The next morning there was a light gust of wind and the post REALLY bent. Unsafe. Unacceptable. Reached out to the company by email again, and no response. That was a week ago. I would listen to ALL the one star reviews. We did not. It's not just the cost of the post that is a pain to get money returned on.it's the time! The prep time.days to get it ready with digging, concreting, spray painting, etc. It bent so much that we could no longer even unscrew it from the base. The bending of the post threaded the post onto the base and can't even be removed with a pipe wrench. Now we have concrete with the four concrete anchors sticking out and unable to be removed.all next to a pool. ebay requested I sent it back, in original box. That was not going to happen. This thing has sucked our time and absolutely just sucked. Avoid, you have been forewarned!
