Review on πŸ”ͺ BOSCH DB743S 7-Inch Continuous Rim Diamond Blade: Superior Cutting Performance for Precision Work by Ronnie Dabolt

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not much better than cheap port freight saws for textured porcelain stoneware tiles.

Based on other reviews I was hoping for better results. My saw's old thin blade was worn out and I couldn't read the mark to replace it. This works well on regular smooth ceramic and porcelain tiles, but I have used textured porcelain tiles with an underglaze finish. Harbor Freight's $15-20 diamond blades caused significantly more glaze chips on textured china than even a worn blade, and while it was better, I should have gone for something thinner and better.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
