I bought these to convert from 12 " to 13 ".

Bought these to convert 12" to 13" for my Geo Metro. Others have pointed out quality issues related to rust or chipped chrome. I've used them for the last few snowy months and haven't encountered any problems so far. If using them to convert subway wheels, make sure all studs are dead-seated in the wheel holes to prevent studs from loosening or snapping off.
