We love this tent and the customer service is great! As soon as we arrived we set up the tent. We followed the instructions exactly and it was a little tricky but doable. When we first used the tent on a camping trip, one of the seams between the lines broke during setup. I think the fabric is well made but it is very very tight when the nape of the neck is in place. The latest poll installed on site is in the tent. When we tried to do this survey, the tent tore open. We placed this poll where it is without fully securing it to keep the tent from tearing again and it worked fine. He was still supporting the top of the tent. As soon as we got home we contacted the company and asked for it to be returned or repaired. After sending the return letter and the fourth letter, the company sends us a new tent. I think it's great service. We will definitely buy from this company again! One more note: I understand the instructions serve a purpose, but we have found that it is much easier to set up a tent on the ground and then lift it up and put it in a truck.
