I had to use a Dremmel on one of the screws to make it work. It was too long and didn't hold the guide in place and I had to put masking tape on one side because the guide was uneven and would tip the hardware. After I fixed everything (about an hour of work measuring, adjusting and re-measuring), everything worked. I was going to return it but really wanted all my closet hardware included. I ended up assembling 103 cabinets and drawers in just over 6 hours after attaching the rail. So overall it was okay, but it would be bad for those who just wanted everything to work perfectly out of the box.
