The ease in which you can create an account for your staff members and track their time off work or vacation days. We were able to see everything our employees worked on right after they did it without having to wait until we received billing information from them. Sometimes there would be some missing entries but overall I have found this program very easy to use! There are many different ways to look up things like employee data or vacation times. It also allows us to keep tabs on overtime hours used. This has been helpful when trying to cut down on overtime payments since not all employees get paid time-and-a-half for over 40 hours. This software makes sure everyone knows what tasks they need to complete each day so no one gets behind. Tracking payroll has never been easier! It's great knowing exactly how much money my team needs to pay out at the end of every week. It keeps me updated too about any outstanding invoices in case someone forgets to.
