Excellent fit and price to replace a torn armrest on my 2012 Toyota Highlander. To be clear, you DO NOT need to remove the rear HVAC screen and controls to install this armrest! Installation was very easy - open the armrest, remove the latch, unscrew (it seems 4) visible screws on the inside of the cover, then remove the old armrest cover from the cover. The easiest way is to pry on the side. Look at the new cover and you'll see where the tabs are that hold it in place. Once you've removed the old armrest, simply snap the new one onto the cover, replace the screws and you're good to go. The whole job took no more than 10 minutes. As others have said, the color is slightly different. A little lighter than the old one. It doesn't bother me and will probably get closer to the right color with use. Worth the money, very satisfied!
