Review on SKIL 93119 Rotary Drill Piece by James Wiley

I bought these trying to buy drill bits in bulk for my job which involves setting a decent amount of anchors in concrete posts. They could barely manage half a dozen holes before being shot outright. Since then I've used them on brick (not cinder blocks) and once on mortar, the only thing they've done well without killing a bit was mortar on a tiled wall.
