chalky and hard to work with.
They are still good watercolors but, they aren't what I was looking for. They are chalky and the pigment is not as vibrant as I would have liked. These are good for freestyle painting but i was looking for something like the Crayola watercolors, but with more colors. I wanted to use them for lettering and brush strokes; which these are not good for.
