The ease of use. The speed in sending texts with only a few clicks. And how cheap it is. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone. They really do give you good quality texting services that cost next to nothing. The price is not an issue at all for this service. Sending text messages to customers is super easy with this platform, and very importantly the customer receiving text messages from these numbers will be happy they have received notifications that are important to them without having to ring or call the client. The simplicity of it, no need to learn new software or anything like that - just send messages! I'm not sure if there are any downsides but everything seems pretty straightforward so far (aside from some minor bugs). If you're looking at this because your current messaging system isn't working properly then maybe try other solutions first? We were using another platform which was very difficult/time consuming when we wanted to message our customer base with things such as promotions etc.
