Absolutely awful awful scanner. I've never had more trouble setting anything up. If you are a Mac user and want to use this with Wi-Fi, forget it. After an hour of frustration, I called tech support and finally got it working despite feeling like an engineer. (Understand this: Even if you finally figured out a way to connect the scanner to your network, you can't choose your network name. You have to type it in. No big deal, just a software design hint. .Oh, and you don't tell you to first connect to the scanner's own network, which took three tries and a reboot.) Bonus: The Scan button is "not supported" on Macintosh. If you want to scan, you need to start the scanner (it takes about a minute to get ready), then start the program on your computer and finally click on the "Scan" button.
