Holds nuts at cam tip while loose at their base. I checked with the calibration blocks and found a noticeable gap at the base compared to the tips. The working screw is tight and caulked and has play. All machined edges have burrs that you can trim. I hate this tool so much but will be looking to my local automotive tool suppliers for my next one asap.
