Review on Vulcan Hi Viz Handle Ratchet Buckle by Myron Lovro

I'm glad this item was what I was looking for but when I want to lock the ratchet the hook kind of gets in the way of the handle so it needs something like Jimmy to have a pivot that could lock the handle when the tension is good. In addition, some of them already behave as if they have been worn and aged. I'm hoping a light touch of lube can loosen them, but I'm afraid it's alignment issues in general. Otherwise it would be 10/10.
