I bought one that was returned or damaged. The mills had to be fiddled with to make it work on one. Luckily I have a partner who is very hands-on with these things. Once the gears were set it was easy to fill and grind. They've fallen onto the tile floor more times than I care to count. Young children have difficulty handling objects. They still look as beautiful as they did when I bought them. Will definitely buy again. If you are not practical, you can buy brand new ones. The only negative I've found is that I don't seem to have as much range when I select Course or Normal. But for everyday use it's great.
