Let me start by saying that these seals are of high quality. They fit my 2016 Nissan Altima perfectly. The last two "premium" brake pads I used from advanced auto parts made a lot of noise. They jingled when I turned the steering wheel at low speeds and squeaked when I applied the brakes from start to finish. With these Bendix brake pads, braking becomes noticeably more comfortable and smoother. It's like there's a layer of rubber between the pads and the caliper. Checked, there really is a thin layer of rubber. Even during emergency braking, the brakes are absolutely silent. They don't clink when turning or stopping like advanced auto parts do. Finally, they stop well, like other ceramic brake pads, and yet feel firm and soft, noticeably less vibration from the road when stopping. I highly recommend it if you are interested in brake noise and feel.
