two fingers down! As much as I love the idea of this product, it just isn't reliable. It won't unlock when you enter the code (but it will!). The same applies to the application. Closes but does not unlock. It's a good thing there's a bunch of keys attached, otherwise they wouldn't let me in the house. Basically, it's just a cute latch that beeps when you touch the keyboard. Edit to add: After installing it for a few months and the lock deciding it wasn't going to turn into a lock at all, I downgraded it to one star. Today I had to replace the latch with a regular key. I'm a bit frustrated because he left marks on my door and now I have to sand and paint the door so I don't go insane. Oh, did I mention I paid $132 for a product that never worked! Don't waste money. Choose a different manufacturer.
