Good material not sure if I have a bad hose

Not as good as Permatex or Loctite 518 I even used a primer activator not sure if I have a bad hose but this thing does not working. to me. I've used several machined flanges and a cast iron gearbox and none of them were sealed. After 2 weeks I was broken again and the sealing was still wet in places.
