I ordered a brand new version and received a sticker that said "Thanks to you, this product has been given a second life". The product itself is fine and working, with one small issue: a locking button with clip was missing. This makes it difficult to rotate the boom arm, but can be used. I would have put this in the missing items section but then I would have had to return it and I still need it.
