That surprised me a little. I installed all of this in front of my house... only to find that the sun doesn't shine for me. I was so deceived. I followed the sun all morning/afternoon to see where it was going to better place the panels and there was no direct sun anywhere. I was angry with myself because now I would have to photograph what I had just set and I was short on time and I should have planned better and paid attention to my sun situation. Long story short, I ran out of time and just decided to shoot it next weekend. God I'm glad I kept them because I got home late one night and they were on! Not quite sure how/why but they are awesome! My advice: even if you have a patchy sun, give it a try!
