Bought this for my mom who needs a 6E width. Small selection, tried in 5E. Mom said she couldn't keep those shoes on her feet and they wobbled. I think they would be better with laces than straps for better adjustment and the ability to lock the fit in the heel. She tried with and without insoles, but to no avail. She wears orthopedic insoles. The shoes just didn't fit. We sent them back and there were no problems with the return. The service was good both on delivery and on return. Two stars for shoes only.
