Very inconvenient, everything is ready to be sorted out

Received on March 29th. Ordered and received 12E. They were too tight but I thought they needed stretching. I walk an average of 3.5 miles a day on a concrete floor. I've only worn them half a dozen times and my feet always hurt. The straps are too long which looks bad when twisted and the velcro is separating from the top strap on both shoes. I even bought the thinnest Power Step insoles I could buy hoping it would help. It's not like this. My feet just aren't made for Velcro shoes. Laces here

nudges his feet; Straps badly positioned

These shoes are almost perfect. It fits well, offers good arch support and I liked the lugged outsole. Great style too! But he had two issues that killed him for me. First, the straps aren't positioned very well; I couldn't adjust them enough to provide enough support, especially over the arch of the foot. Second, the internal attachment points where the tongue edge is sewn to the inside of the show are hard, sharp, and protrude; in just 15 minutes they rubbed the burns on my legs. If the…

Brought them back - mom said they were "flexible "

Bought this for my mom who needs a 6E width. Small selection, tried in 5E. Mom said she couldn't keep those shoes on her feet and they wobbled. I think they would be better with laces than straps for better adjustment and the ability to lock the fit in the heel. She tried with and without insoles, but to no avail. She wears orthopedic insoles. The shoes just didn't fit. We sent them back and there were no problems with the return. The service was good both on delivery and on return. Two stars…

What is the guarantee? - Athletic

After wearing this shoe for 8 months I noticed that the velcro is losing its fibers that need to hold together and this makes the shoe unwearable. I am always in a wheelchair but at home I detach the wheelchair's legs to get through doors etc and I can push some with my feet. The boots are not worn as I have never walked in them, just not velcro quality. You would think that for $101 Velcro would outlive a shoe. I used to have Propet shoes and ankle boots, but laces are out of the question…

Deceptive size best in shoes

If you want a real 5E don't order them I just got mine and they don't even come close to a 5E I measured the widest part of the front of the shoe and found it is 4". From what I can find this is considered a D width. Unfortunately I'm at a US military base overseas so I will not be returning them, items usually get lost in the mail so I will they wear them 'till I die. Fingers blown aside (wide footed folks know what I'm talking about) and then go with a brand other than Propet. Too bad they…
