Good neoprene works best on floors
Used for gaskets and flapper valves. sealing rings. It's not as hard as leather used for straps (80A) but much harder than neoprene used for mouse pads (30A). Adhesion rating coefficient. This is a regular sheet - with no glue. I used Hylomar to build seals.
