Review on ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Walbro F90000267 High-Flow 450 LPH E85 Fuel Pump by Daniel Delgado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

IS THIS WALBRO FAKE OR THIS?

These Walbro pumps are actually genuine Walbro/TI automotive pumps after researching and comparing other reputable Walbro suppliers. I agreed that all Walbro pumps have QR codes and e85 pumps have metal vanes. The Walbro 450 is manufactured in two different plants, the OEM plant in Tennessee applies QR codes to the pumps while the second plant which now makes most aftermarket Walbro 450 pumps does not apply QR codes to these pumps . The Walbro 450 pumps, as well as the 255 l/h pumps, use two composite plastic vanes that are designed to keep the pump quiet. I only found out this information after I returned the pump I ordered for a refund, believing I had received a counterfeit pump from the company, but I was wrong and I wasn't. I wish I were smart enough to know better before I cause inconvenience to both the company and myself. I thought it better to change this rating from 1 to 5 stars as they actually sent me a real pump and I was wrong when I charged them for shipping. I also want to save future buyers from the same mistake I made. (I wish I had checked out the comments before placing my order as my gas pump money for my car is now tied to this fake pump. Now I have to wait to get it to a place to mail it back to him and finally to get my hundred dollars back on that pump so I can go elsewhere to buy a real Walbro 450. I was thinking of getting it because of the serious inconvenience and the extra couple of weeks it would now take to get the new one Judging by other comments on this pump, it seems like they don't last long in E85 cars or other fuels that other people run through the pumps, so I would put in a few months rather not spend a hundred dollars and still have to buy a new pump.)
