When we bought the soundbar (pictured) we didn't realize that even with the bracket we bought for the TV there wasn't enough room for our remote control without it a lot of angle calculation get into the IR TV sensor. This caused terrible disappointment and was the perfect solution. Setup is easy, just place the smaller end where you want to point the remote and the larger end where you want to point and that's it. The IR expander then simply sends the signal from the big end to your TV receiver. The product works exactly as intended. You may want to buy a wall-mounted power box so the power doesn't depend on the TV's USB port. The glue on the narrow end needs to resist gravity and will fall off once, so it needs a very strong pressure, or you will find the small end fell off (see the picture, the small end is upside down). Excellent value for money, the product is almost perfect except maybe a better system for the small end to stay with the TV. Would definitely buy again if we need a second one.
