I love all of it! The user interface is clean & simple for new users but also intuitive enough in order to use with no problems most tasks can be done without consulting manual/knowledge base guides or instructions from support team - which are very good actually. Reporting system could improve (ease-of creation / printing) as well as some additional benefits such us reporting by shift instead than just day would help too. Very professional solution to medical staffing needs including management aspects like payrolls, invoicing etc., even more important considering our nature of business where we deal mostly with small clinics who cannot afford other products offered at similar price range. The best feature of this product is the time tracking. I can track my hours in a day which helps me to improve my performance. Also it makes the process of billing simple. This software doesn't allow you to export your data for other programs like Excel or any other software. It should be integrated with all those softwares as well. You can track your time easily using this product. For billing purpose its a great tool to use. You can track your working hours and bill accordingly.
