I love all of it! The user interface is clean & simple for new users but also intuitive enough in order to use with no problems most tasks can be done without consulting manual/knowledge base guides or instructions from support team - which are very good actually. Reporting system could improve (ease-of creation / printing) as well as some additional benefits such us reporting by shift instead than just day would help too.
