I had to look up liters in gallons I knew I had more than put in a pill, but that's it. It is so easy. I have a 38 (or 39) gallon tank and couldn't completely drain it. Close but not all the way. It's so frustrating. So I threw one of these in my tank and saw a HUGE difference in six days. I mean crystal clear. This applies to both freshwater and saltwater aquariums - I have freshwater. I'm still shocked at the difference. In fact, these are microorganisms that get rid of dead waste. Considering the price, this is not a problem. I've easily bought hundreds of dollars worth of different products while trying to clean my tank. Guess what? This is the one. Now I add one capsule every two weeks. BAMM! Love it!
