GREAT whistling kettle! Great for stove tops, great base!
I just got this and haven't used it much but I really like the whistle on this teapot! I prefer a whistle to splashing water on my cooktop! I would have liked the spout lid to fall off by itself after pouring, but what's there is enough. My use is basically to hold water in it and then move it to whatever burner I just used so I don't forget or touch a hot burner. I needed a wide base for this kettle for my hob. Many kettles have a base that is too small to cover a large burner.
