Not the prettiest adapter but the nice thing is that this adapter offers something even Apple doesn't for a USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 adapter This adapter offers connections VGA, HDMI, USB 3 and Ethernet in one. I have tested the USB 3, VGA and HDMI ports and they all work with the 2016 Macbook Pro Fall with Touch Bar and it works great. With VGA, on a 20" Dell monitor, I noticed that the color cast was a bit green, but not consistent. I hooked up a Panasonic HDTV via HDMI and VGA and the color was great. Therefore, your monitor connection mileage may vary. I've tried several adapters for my monitor and this one doesn't have any issues with flickering or slow movement on the computer like a slow mouse. This one works fantastic for connecting USB and a monitor at the same time. There are no screws for the VGA connector, especially with an adapter this large, you might want to install it properly so you don't pull connections that could get muddled over time.
