I recently bought a Cisco Nexus 3064-X with 48 10Gb/s SFP+ ports. I needed something that would allow me to connect a FreeNas server to my new switch using two 10Gigabit RJ45 network adapters. I took a chance and bought four of these and high quality CAT8 cables to ensure a reliable 10Gb/s connection with the new switch. So far they have worked flawlessly. I now have two 10GB links to my FreeNAS server and I used the other two to connect my pfSense router to my Nexus via LACP. The pfSense router doesn't have 10GB network interfaces, but it had no problem negotiating a 1GB connection for each port in the LAG. Time will tell if they are reliable, but so far so good. TLDR: I have four of these devices in my Cisco Nexus 3064-X. So far I haven't had any problems.
