If installing these rivets with a hand tool, make sure you use a larger tool to pull the rivet out with both hands. Using a smaller hand riveter will make your forearms look like Popeye's (not bad if you're a man) and your weak hand riveter will eventually break. Hand rivets were actually made for aluminum rivets, not those larger, stronger stainless steel rivets. Looking at the spec sheet, these rivets have a shear strength of 950lb, more than twice the strength of a typical aluminum rivet of the same size. If you need extra power, use it.
