This is a good remote but a work in progress. The instructions you are given regarding setup are extremely vague. Basically, you just have to figure it out through trial and error. Next - there is no possibility of customization. I wanted to customize the name of the TV box and change it to something simpler for Alexa, but I couldn't do it. Therefore when I try to change the channel I have to tell Alexa to change the set top box channel to _____ which confuses her and I usually end up on the wrong channel. Also, it has no function to save favorites. So if you want to visit one of your favorite places, you have to tell Alexa about it, and it's hit and miss. However, I have experimented with other remotes and this one is just as good as the others. UPDATE: I received a broken remote and Revain sent me a replacement. Received the replacement yesterday and found it fairly easy to set up and connect to Alexa despite the lack of instructions. So far the remote works perfectly. I have raised my overall rating from three to four stars. The reason for my four star rating is that the support team was excellent and the instructions are limited. If there were good directions I would give five stars.
