DO NOT BUY THIS. Very very disappointing! The name is pretty clear. The thermometer reads 125 degrees Fahrenheit in room temperature water. BIGGEST PROBLEM: The end user cannot recalibrate this thermometer. I have to send the thermometer in for evaluation, "there will be a recalibration fee and then I have to pay for the return shipping." Terrible experience with.
