Hmm. Okay, first off it fits in a 4x4 tire but in the 3:00 position and not very tight. My concern is that the handle is very, very close to the right side of the machine. Second, it will fit a 5x7 tire, but the tire will be upside down; So you need to flip all your embroidery files. It doesn't fit the 5x7 snugly, so your stabilizing material won't stay in place (unless you use a sticky heel counter). I'll work with it tomorrow and update my review. I'm curious as to how I need to move my center so that the image stitches together correctly in the center of the hat. Oddly, the instructions show the hat hoop on a 5x7 hoop. Update 06/10/20: The tire did the job. I'm happy with how it turned out.
