Bought for my girlfriend who likes to snack on cheese while drinking wine after cutting herself too many times. This cheese knife is basically a plastic wedge that seemingly magically slices through a sharp block of cheddar (much easier than a butter knife) without cutting your finger. It's simple and really amazing. Cheese doesn't stick to it either - it's very easy to clean or machine wash. 10/10 is worth it if you cut a lot of cheese or know someone who does (bonus points if they're a bit clumsy).
