After reading the reviews I figured I needed a new fan. Try a resistance first if you don't get enough speed from your control switch. I only had 4th/high speed. It was fairly easy to replace, all you needed was a Phillips head screwdriver for the front screws that hold the panel under the glove box. You can see it on the right side, press the tab and pull out the ele connector. Behind the body of the electrical plug is a tab that needs to be pulled down; If you run your finger over the outer ring, you can feel it when you reach it. Pull the motor down and turn it counter-clockwise and it should come out. We put it back as it was received. Removing the Ele connector was probably the hardest part for me. mine didn't want to slip. I ended up having to pull it out again; Just make sure your tab is fully depressed.
