simply outputs random numbers
I put reflective tape on the flywheel of my 11hp Kohler engine. and also in different positions when I started the engine and tried to get a reading and WOW the numbers were all over the place 300 800 150 400 900 etc. I was better at guessing the RPM than it was showing. I would NOT recommend this product.
